All Saints C of E Primary School are looking to appoint 2 Learning Assistants. The successful applicants will work across our 2 school sites supporting a child/children with complex needs in class and within small groups. One position will initially work with children with complex needs in our Redwood provision. The other position will initially involve working across the 2 school sites with 1:1 and small groups of children.

Salary and contract: NJC Grade B1 - B3 Scale Points 4 - 11. Actual Salary £18,216.29 - £20,034.53 Per Annum. Fixed Term Until 31st August 2026. Term Time Only, 31.25 Hours Per Week. Required ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Support children with complex needs in class and in small groups across two school sites.
  • One position initially focusing on children with complex needs in Redwood provision.
  • Other position initially involving work across two school sites with 1:1 and small-group support.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience of working with children who have complex needs in a school or other setting.
  • Excellent ICT skills.
  • A consistently positive approach to behaviour management.
  • Good team player with a sense of humour.
