The Board of Governors is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Head Teacher to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, in our continuous journey of self-improvement. Grendon is a good and improving school, where our βWe Canβ ethos and our vision that outlines the importance of both pastoral and academic curricula, drives everything that we do. The Governors are seeking a Head Teacher who can build upon these strong foundations; someone with a strong track record of leadership; someone who can support, challenge, inspire and motivate all stakeholders in order to achieve excellence in teaching and learning and further improve outcomes for children.
