Barford Primary School is a vibrant and exciting school which has just been graded Good in Ofsted in October 2023. The children are at the centre of everything we do in school, offering a range of extra-curricular activities, trips and residentials. We sit at the heart of our community and are extremely proud of the close relationship we have with parents and the wider community. - A proven outstanding class teacher with specialisms in a range of subjects, who can deliver exciting, creative, and challenging education for our children.
- A leader who can confidently inspire colleagues to innovate, improve and most importantly - be an excellent role model.
- Someone who can work closely in partnership with our parents, governors, and the wider community.
- A person who is open minded, up to date with latest technology in education, flexible, has a growth mindset; enjoys thinking out of the box, being creative and innovative and having an eye for detail.
- Have a good sense of humour, dedication and resilience. An approachable personality and the ability to form positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and governors.
- Deliver high quality phonic lessons with good subject knowledge.
