What skills and experience we\’re looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and drivenAttendance Manager to support our vision in improvingstudents\’ attendance to ensure their safeguarding andwelfare, and reaching their academic potential.The Attendance Manager will take a lead on improvingattendance and reducing persistent absence throughparental engagement, student incentives, and robustintervention planning. They will take part in strategydiscussions and inter-agency meetings and contributeto the positive outcomes of young people.The Attendance Manager will line manage a memberof the administration team, ensure statutorycompliance, and be a point of contact for staffregarding attendance.The post holder will be expected to participate inactivities and initiatives across the trust.
