What We're Looking For

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school.
  • Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities.
  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required.
