Teaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Bedfordshire. We are looking for passionate education professionals who are committed to helping children achieve their full potential by providing high-quality classroom support and promoting an engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and improve pupil outcomes.
  • Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where appropriate.
  • Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.
  • Encourage positive behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Assist with pupil assessments and record progress where required.
  • Supervise pupils during classroom activities, breaktimes, educational visits, and school events when necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or recognised equivalent).
  • Experience working within a UK primary school setting.
  • A good understanding of the National Curriculum and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while using your own initiative.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
