We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to work for teaching tomorrow across a range of secondary schools in Northampton. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects using pre-prepared materials. * Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups. * Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement. * Follow school policies to ensure consistency and a positive learning atmosphere. What We’re Looking For * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. * Recent teaching experience in a secondary school setting. * Excellent classroom management and adaptability. * A positive attitude and commitment to supporting student learning. * A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
