The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running, make a real impact, and own their desk from day one. You’ll be surrounded by people who back you, not block you — and rewarded properly for the work you put in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing, screening & placing top-tier teaching and support staff
  • Building long-term partnerships with schools and educators
  • Driving new business through outbound outreach & lead gen
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement aftercare
  • Matching candidates to roles using job boards, CRM, and intuition
  • Keeping your pipeline and admin tight — accurate records, GDPR-compliant
  • Hitting your KPIs and smashing targets (then getting paid for it)
  • Staying sharp on market trends and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience (education sector is a bonus, not a must)
  • Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Resilient, ambitious, and fired up by targets
  • Organised with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Proactive and commercially minded — you don’t wait for leads to fall in your lap
  • Solid ICT and data accuracy skills
