We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support our educators in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with both students and staff, demonstrating patience and understanding, particularly when working with children who have special educational needs, including autism. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive atmosphere that encourages all children to thrive.
Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Support children with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and care.
- Help manage classroom behaviour by implementing strategies that promote positive interactions among students.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.

Experience
