Teaching Tomorrow are working closely with a number of supportive schools and specialist provisions who are seeking passionate and adaptable SEN Teachers with QTS to work across Primary and Secondary settings. This is a rewarding opportunity for teachers who are committed to making a real difference to pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, and complex learning difficulties. Whether you’re an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Teaching small groups or delivering 1:1 support
  • Planning and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Supporting pupils with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
  • Creating a safe, structured and nurturing environment
  • Working closely with SENDCOs, support staff and external agencies
  • Building positive relationships with pupils to support learning and emotional development

We’re Looking For

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience working with SEN pupils in a UK school environment (desirable, not essential)
  • A calm, patient and proactive approach
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
