We are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join supportive secondary schools across Oxfordshire. The Role:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence
  • Delivering preset work and ensuring students remain on task
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students with their learning where appropriate
  • Maintaining a safe, positive and productive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Confident and professional with strong communication skills
  • Able to manage a classroom and engage students effectively
  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
  • Positive, adaptable and willing to learn
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
