Teaching Tomorrow is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. This role gives you the opportunity to work at multiple schools across the area on a supply basis with the potential of long-term positions! Benefits: * Flexible supply and long-term teaching opportunities * Competitive pay rates * Supportive and friendly school environments * Continuous professional development opportunities * Dedicated consultant support from Teaching Tomorrow Key Responsibilities: * Provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning * Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment * Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required Requirements: * Experience working with children in an educational setting on a 1:1 basis * Relevant qualifications are desirable but not necessary * A passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff Teaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
