Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learning needs, including special education.
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing support and guidance in their academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Either a teacher qualification, to work as a cover teacher, or degree level cover supervisor with 6 months experience of working in a education setting.
- An understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
- Enthusiasm for promoting health, and wellbeing among young people.
