Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel confident every day? We are working with a primary school in the Sandy area who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with some SEND experience for a long-term/temp-to-perm basis. This role is to start in the new academic year and become permanent in the future.

Responsibilities

Supporting individual pupils or small groups with their learning
Assisting teachers with classroom setup, resources, and activities
Helping children feel safe, included, and confident in the classroom
Working with SEN pupils, adapting support to meet their needs
Being a calm, caring presence throughout the school day

Requirements

Experience working with children in a primary or early years setting
SEND Experience
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
The ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff
