Teaching Tomorrow is working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Bedfordshire who are seeking enthusiastic teachers to join their teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 teacher or an ECT with a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 2.

The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.
  • Teaching the KS2 curriculum effectively.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school.
  • The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is currently completing their ECT.
  • Has experience teaching, or a strong interest in, Key Stage 2.
  • Has a genuine passion for primary education.
  • Is enthusiastic, creative and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences.
  • Can build strong and positive relationships with pupils.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is adaptable, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Has high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and achievement.
