Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for Early Years education? Teaching Tomorrow is seeking motivated ECTs to join welcoming and supportive primary schools, where you'll have the opportunity to inspire young learners and build a successful teaching career.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will create engaging, creative, and nurturing learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to supporting your professional growth and ECT induction.

The Role:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and support children's learning and development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to achieve QTS.
An Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey.
A genuine passion for Early Years education.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
