Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work where you can still make a difference? At Teaching Tomorrow, we work with schools across Bedfordshire, supporting them with their Teaching Assistant needs. We are currently working with schools across Dunstable, Luton and surrounding areas on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long-term positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
- Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
- Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant experience
- Experience working in an SEND environment or supporting SEND needs
- Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
