Teaching Tomorrow, a reliable and popular education agency specialists, are keen to connect with a number of Leighton Buzzard/ Dunstable based experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), for various work across the local area. Here at Teaching Tomorrow we understand the importance and positive impact HLTAs make in the classroom and feel they are as fundamental as the class teacher. Now working with a number of schools looking for key stage 3 HLTAs, Teaching Tomorrow are keen to connect with experienced support staff looking for a longer term, full time role or flexible opportunities.
The ideal HLTA will have previous experience working within a school setting, committed to the individual they are supporting and the keenness to go the extra mile, helping them to navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. Previous SEND, 1-2-1 and small group experience would be desirable, but not essential.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a HLTA or LSA
