Teaching Tomorrow is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Northampton. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the classroom while enjoying flexibility in their work. Your role will include: * Supervising lessons in the absence of a teacher. * Ensuring students stay on task with pre-prepared work. * Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive environment. * Supporting students to stay engaged and motivated. Requirements: * Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching). * Confidence in leading and managing groups of students. * Adaptability and a proactive approach. * A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
