Teaching Tomorrow is seeking a confident and experienced Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover in a secondary school in Northampton .
The Role:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson materials.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Ensure students remain on task and follow school expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A professional and adaptable approach.
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
