The Opportunity

We’re Teaching Tomorrow — an ambitious education recruitment agency supporting schools across Beds, Bucks, Northants & Oxon. We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running, make a real impact, and own their desk from day one. You’ll be surrounded by people who back you, not block you — and rewarded properly for the work you put in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, screening & placing top-tier teaching and support staff
- Building long-term partnerships with schools and educators
- Driving new business through outbound outreach & lead gen
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement aftercare
- Matching candidates to roles using job boards, CRM, and intuition
- Keeping your pipeline and admin tight — accurate records, GDPR-compliant
- Hitting your KPIs and smashing targets (then getting paid for it)
- Staying sharp on market trends and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience (education sector is a bonus, not a must)
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- Resilient, ambitious, and fired up by targets
- Organised with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Proactive and commercially minded — you don’t wait for leads to fall in your lap
- Solid ICT and data accuracy skills
