Teaching Tomorrow is working with a welcoming, OFSTED-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Biggleswade, who are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Science/Physics teacher to join their team in the new academic year. This is a permanent position starting in September 2026 and is ideal for someone who nurtures and develops students' knowledge.
The role:
- Delivering high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Encouraging critical thinking and discussion in the classroom
- Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing and feedback.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect.

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching one or more Science subjects
- Be flexible, reliable, and confident in new classroom settings
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
