- Building long-term partnerships with schools and educators
- Driving new business through outbound outreach & lead generation
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement aftercare
- Matching candidates to roles using job boards, CRM, and intuition
- Recruitment experience (education sector is a bonus, not a must)
- Resilient, ambitious, and fired up by targets
- Solid ICT and data accuracy skills
