At Teaching Tomorrow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to work at a friendly and supportive primary school in Bedford. This is a part-time role, working Wednesday to Friday, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The post is temporary and will run until the end of the academic year, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
  • Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.
