Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for Early Years education?

As an Early Years Teacher, you will create engaging, creative, and nurturing learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

You\'ll work alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to supporting your professional growth and ECT induction.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and support children\'s learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to achieve QTS.
  • An Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey.
