Teaching Tomorrow is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Bedford. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies and expectations
  • Ensuring a safe, calm and productive learning environment
  • Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the lesson/day where required

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people is desirable (but not essential)
  • Confident communication skills and strong classroom presence
  • A professional, flexible and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
