Teaching Tomorrow is seeking dedicated 1-1 Teaching Assistants and Learning Support assistants with SEND experience to support in Bedford and the surrounding areas in Bedfordshire. Working with Teaching Tomorrow gives you the opportunity to work in a variety of schools on a short-term and daily supply basis, as well as the opportunity for longer term positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting on a 1:1 basis.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not necessary.
- A passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
