We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain classroom experience or continue their work in education on a flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Requirements as a Cover Supervisor:
- Previous experience working with young people (education setting preferred)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A flexible and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
