An SEN school based in Yeovil is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role: You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to pupils ranging in the ages 4-19 years old, with various SEN(D) needs such as MLD, SEMH and ASD. As a school community, the core responsibility as a school is to prepare all young people for aspirational, successful and independent futures. Upon this solid foundation, this school has constructed a curriculum that enables young people to take responsibility, show empathy and respect, develop confidence, and empowers them to realise a strong vision for their own futures.   • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) experience
  • Youth work experience

Working Hours/Benefits:

  • Full Time Monday – Friday = 08:30 - 15:35
