Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider for an experienced ICT Technician to join a dedicated team supporting young people with additional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and proactive IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues and ensuring technology enhances teaching and learning.

The role is available for a

September 2026 start , with flexibility for an earlier commencement if suitable.

As the ICT Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable and secure IT services across the setting.

You will provide first-line and second-line technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, prepare devices for staff and pupils, and ensure systems remain operational with minimal disruption.

You will also assist with network maintenance, user account management, software installations, equipment upgrades and troubleshooting, while supporting staff with day-to-day technical queries.

Working closely with the wider team, you will help ensure technology remains an effective tool for learning and communication.

This is a varied role that requires someone who is organised, resourceful and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

We are searching for an experienced ICT professional who can step confidently into the role and make an immediate contribution.

Previous experience supporting IT systems within education or a similarly busy environment would be highly advantageous.
