We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Humanities Teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Yeovil from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring teacher to become part of a supportive and ambitious Humanities department, helping students develop a deeper understanding of the world through History, Geography, and Religious Studies.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with Key Stage 5 opportunities depending on experience)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and thought-provoking lessons
  • Encourage students to question, explore, and develop their understanding of people, places, cultures, and events
  • Support students to achieve their academic goals and build confidence
