We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in a vibrant Burnley primary school, working specifically with our Year 4 class. Key Requirements: School-based experience working with primary-aged children (essential) A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA) A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children thrive Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Role Responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Providing targeted support to individual pupils and small groups Assisting with classroom management and organisation Helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment Supporting pupils with varying needs, including SEND Why Join Us?
