Year 4 Primary Teacher Due to a Teacher approaching the end of their notice period, the Head Teacher of a Primary School based in Darwen is in need of a dynamic and motived Y4 Teacher who can lead the classroom successfully to Summer. The School This School has a solid structure of staff, with a core Senior Leadership Team made up of the Head Teacher, the Deputy Head and the Assistant Head. Each of these members of staff have been at the school for over the past 3 years and ach take great pride in the schools’ recent successes. In addition, the Head has also shared that the SLT operate an open-door policy in order to promote staff wellbeing within the school. The school also boast amenities such as secure staff parking. The Role The class has 27 pupils with 2 children on personal learning plans. Here are also two Teaching Assistants who work closely with the Year 3 and 4 class. Both of these support staff members have been with the school for over 2 years and hold Level 3 Qualifications. To Be Successful The school are prioritising educators who hold a real passion for helping pupils progress both academically and personably. Both Fully Qualified Teachers and Early Career Teachers have been implored to apply. Ideally, the school are hoping to interview candidates within the last week of march who have experience working in KS2 and are familiar with examination protocol.
