Y2 Teacher Primary School in Fulwood, Preston. Long-term full-time teaching role. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a well-established staff team and well-resourced KS1 department. Applicants must have experience of teaching the UK curriculum and be available from 1st September 2026 (following the half-term break).
This Primary School boasts state-of-the-art facilities to support exceptional teaching, including carefully landscaped indoor and outdoor play areas. The ideal candidate will have recent teaching experience and be comfortable and confident teaching KS1. Applicants should be committed and outstanding teaching practitioners, able to lead in the classroom by example.
The candidate must:
- Hold UK QTS (via BA Hons with QTS, B. Ed, SCITT or PGCE routes).
- Have previous experience of teaching within a Primary setting, ideally across KS1.
- Have a genuine passion for improving the learning experience of each child.
- Be a confident communicator with good collaborative team working skills.
- Be capable of providing an inclusive learning environment.
