A warm, welcoming primary school in Worcester is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis. About the Role:

You will be based within the Nursery, working closely with the Class Teacher and Early Years Team to support children during the crucial stage of their development. This role involves supporting learning through promoting independence, play and helping to create a safe stimulating environment which is engaging for pupils.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Working with small groups
  • Assisting daily class routines and activities
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and personal development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and TAs
