We are a specialist education supply agency currently recruiting dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary schools in the Wolverhampton area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and providing tailored support to children who require additional help to access learning.

The Role:

  • Provide individual support to a pupil with additional needs (SEND, SEMH, ASD, or learning difficulties)
  • Support learning both inside and outside the classroom
  • Implement strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO
  • Help promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
  • Build a strong, supportive relationship with the pupil

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (essential)
  • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable)
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
