We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly agency team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across the Woking area. About the Role

As an agency Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
  • Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
  • Adapt confidently to different nursery environments.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above).
  • Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible, positive and professional approach.
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
