About the Role
As an agency Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
- Adapt confidently to different nursery environments.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above).
- Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible, positive and professional approach.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
