We are recruiting full‑time Teaching Assistants to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges in both classroom and therapeutic settings across SEN and SEMH schools in Guildford, Camberley, Woking, and Godalming.

Responsibilities

  • Providing classroom and 1:1 support to students with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Supporting pupils with behaviour regulation and emotional well‑being
  • Building positive relationships and acting as a consistent role model
  • Assisting teachers with learning activities and behaviour management strategies
  • Helping to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

  • Psychology graduates or related degree holders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
