We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school seeking a dynamic and dedicated Technology Faculty Lead to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or aspiring leader to take on a key leadership role within a forward-thinking and inclusive school. The Role:

As Faculty Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Technology department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement. You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to shape curriculum direction, support staff development, and promote a culture of ambition and excellence across the faculty.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage the Technology faculty, driving high standards of teaching and learning
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons where required, maintaining excellent classroom practice
  • Monitor and analyse student progress, implementing strategies to improve outcomes
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure a coherent, knowledge-rich provision
  • Support, coach, and develop colleagues within the department
