We’re Hiring: SEN Teaching Assistants & SEN Support Workers

Location: Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch

Hours: Full-time | 8:30am – 3:00pm

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

One of our partner SEN schools in the Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Workers to join their caring and supportive team. The school offers a safe, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to develop independence, confidence and essential life skills.

The Role

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Support pupils with their learning, wellbeing and personal development
  • Encourage independence, social interaction and confidence
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and families to provide consistent support
  • Be part of a caring, inclusive and specialist SEN setting
Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from passionate and committed individuals. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full support and training can be provided.

Desirable (but not essential):
  • Experience in education, care or SEN settings
  • An understanding of autism and complex needs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS on the Child Workforce (or willingness to apply)
