Your Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons.
- Keep students focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the day.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom atmosphere.
- Adapt confidently across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4).
- Be available for both short-notice and pre-booked cover assignments.

- You’ll be a fantastic fit if you have previous experience in a school or youth setting (e.g. Cover Supervisor, HLTA, TA, Tutor, or Coach).
- Are confident managing classrooms and supporting secondary-age learners.
