Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis across a variety of SEN schools in the Winchester area.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, either 1:1 or in small groups
  • Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
  • Helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
  • Adapting learning tasks to suit individual needs

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have experience with SEN (advantageous but not essential)
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
