The Role
- Full-time Teaching Assistant
- September start
- Working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 2 pupil
- Supporting the pupil throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom
- Helping to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff
- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary school or SEND setting
- Is patient, kind, and empathetic
- Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
