We are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our growing team.

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing and personal development within a safe, nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with learning activities and care needs
  • Promoting independence and positive behaviour
  • Building warm and trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and valued
  • Assisting teachers in delivering a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum

Essential Requirements

  • Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
  • Knowledge of SEN, SEMH or ASD
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. Successful applicants will be subject to pre‑employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applicants will be required to declare relevant convictions and cautions in line with safeguarding regulations.
