Do you want to make a difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools. These roles are suited to individuals with patience, empathy, and a desire to help children overcome barriers to learning.

Role Overview:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support
  • Assist pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
  • Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions
  • Help create inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Details:

  • Start dates: Immediate and January
  • Pay: Approx. 350-450 per week
  • Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible options
  • Training: Access to CPD and SEN-specific training

Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential; training and support provided. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
