We are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as Behaviour Intervention / Behaviour Support Assistants within specialist educational settings in Billinge, Wigan.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting young people with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs
Helping pupils develop emotional regulation and positive coping strategies
Supporting positive behaviour interventions
Building meaningful relationships with young people
Helping pupils engage with education and develop confidence
Working alongside teachers, SEN teams and pastoral staff
Gaining valuable experience relevant to careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health and SEND
We’re looking for Psychology graduates who are:
Caring, patient and resilient
Interested in child development, behaviour and mental health
Confident building relationships with young people
Calm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
