This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate education professional who is committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school or SEND setting.
  • Has experience supporting children with additional needs and a good understanding of inclusive education.
  • Is patient, nurturing, adaptable and resilient.
  • Can respond flexibly to individual learning, sensory and emotional needs.
