Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and committed Nursery Teacher to join welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Weymouth, Dorset. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS Framework.
- Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development.
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional growth through play-based learning.
- Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning.
- Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs, and parents to support each child's development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent EYFS teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.
