Teaching Personnel are working with a secondary school in Westhoughton who are looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.
This is a full-time opportunity starting in September 2026 and would be ideal for an experienced TA, graduate or someone looking to build further experience within education.
The role will involve:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom
- Working alongside teaching staff to support learning
- Providing individual and small-group support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping pupils access the curriculum effectively
Previous experience working within a school setting is desirable, although applicants with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
