Roles available include:
- Teaching Assistants (qualified & unqualified)
- Teachers (Primary & Secondary)
- Cover Supervisors
- SEN Support Staff
About the Schools: Our partner schools across RCT are welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environments. You’ll join teams that value collaboration and are dedicated to nurturing confident, capable learners.
About the Roles: Depending on your experience, duties may include:
- Supporting pupils’ learning across the curriculum
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Leading classes as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Encouraging a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a passionate school team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible individuals
- Passionate about supporting education and young people
- Qualified Teachers (QTS), experienced support staff, or those seeking their first school-based role

- EWC Registration
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Two recent references
